Ali Esnaashari, an associate lawyer in Mamann, Sandaluk, & Kingwell LLPs litigation group has authored an article in the Toronto Law Journal’s May 2017 edition on the consequences of a criminal conviction on permanent residents of Canada. Criminal lawyers are often unsure about the immigration consequences that could befall their client as a result of a criminal conviction.
